我们提供给中美中心学生们的服务包括：
· 一对一就业咨询指导
· 小组研讨会，讨论以下问题
o 如何按照个人需求、技能和兴趣选择职业发展的战略
o 如何更好地准备求职资料，以获得就业机会
o 如何培养有效的联络途径，与潜在的指导人建立长期联系
· 使学生和校友们获得与北京、上海和香港等地各行业用人单位见面的机会
· 我们邀请各行业全职工作的专业人员在中心内进行与专业高度相关的职业发展小型课程。2013-2014年小型课程包括：
o 从法律视角看待商业策略
o 公司的社会责任
o 以微软Excel为重点的数据分析
· 访问在线网络资源，例如哈佛商学院的技能课程，例如会计、财务、IT管理和电子表格制作等
· 安排用人单位进行校内宣讲
除了为学生和校友提供服务外，我们也为各行业的用人单位服务，使中心校友资源成为真正意义上的人才库。中美中心已经培养了2700多名的毕业生，他们在咨询、财务、法律、政府服务、非营利性机构和企业等各个行业都取得了卓越的职业成就。

Welcome to Career Services at theHopkins-Nanjing Center. Ourmission is to serve the career development needs of HNC students and alumni byproviding high quality, client-oriented services designed to assist them inmanaging their professional careers. We market the HNC as a source oftalent and leadership to international employers to build a global network ofcontacts that serve students and alumni.
Among the services we provide HNCstudents are:
· One-on-onecounseling appointments
· Groupworkshops to discuss issues such as
o Developing strategies for how toselect a career that is suitable to one’s needs, skills, and interests
o Creating marketing materials to bestposition one to be offered interview opportunities
o Training in effective networking tocreate long-lasting relationships with potential mentors
· Opportunitiesto meet with employers of various industries in Beijing, Shanghai, and HongKong
· On-Campusmini courses where we invite full-time working professionals in variousindustries to teach courses on subjects with high professional relevance butoutside the scope of the traditional HNC curriculum.
· 2013-2014mini courses included;
o Strategies of conducting business,from a legal perspective
o Corporate Social Responsibility
o Data Analytics, with an emphasis onMicrosoft Excel
· Accessto online resources, such as the Harvard Business School’s skills courses insubjects such as Accounting, Finance, IT for Managers, and Spreadsheet Modeling
· Oncampus employer presentations
In addition to services that weprovide students, we also work with employers of various industries to be asource of talent.
