LU Jian

Professor Lu Jian is a researcher at the Yangtze River Industrial Economics Research Institute of Nanjing University. He received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wuhan University in 2004, major in mathematical economics. Then he received economic doctorate degree from Wuhan University in 2009. From 2009 to 2013, he taught at the International Business School, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, serving as lecturer, associate professor, and professor.

Professor Lu’s main research interests include international trade, international finance, and regional economics. He has visited the Department of Economics at Monash University. He has published three Chinese monographs or textbooks, and over 40 academic papers in Chinese or English journals.

Professor Lu has been a part-time professor at the HNC since 2023 and has lectured on the Economics.
